Hello! I am so excited to continue my journey as a Saint Patrick's teacher and to teach the amazing kindergarteners of KB.
I am the second oldest of five girls. Yes, all girls. Yes, my poor father. :) We originally grew up in northeast Philadelphia in Our Lady of Ransom Parish and moved to Malvern about five years ago. I went to Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls and moved on to Holy Family University to pursue a dual bachelor's degree in Early Elementary Education PreK-4/Special Education PreK-8. In my final year, I had the amazing opportunity to complete my student teaching course in Miss Thresher's class, which is when I fell in love with Saint Pat's. After graduating, I taught at the Brandywine Children's House in Malvern for one year in both the Montessori and PreK settings, and had a wonderful time getting to know the children and having the ability to practice everything I had spent four years learning. At the end of the school year, I learned that there was an opening here and jumped on the opportunity. I have been wanting to teach kindergarten in a Catholic school since I was a kindergartener, and I am absolutely thrilled to be here!

Here are a few fun facts:
- I got married last October to my best friend. If you hear stories about "My Kyle," that's him.
- Music:
- I am a huge fan of Josh Groban, and had the amazing chance to meet him several times thanks to my older sister, Brittany.
- My sisters and I love listening to KLove, and we really enjoy attending Abbey Fest each September. We even got to meet Matt Maher! That was such an unexpected surprise!
- We grew up one street away from my grandparents, so we spent plenty of time at their house listening to the wonderful doo-wop groups and Dean Martin...lots of Dean Martin (they're the Italian side of my family), so we still love listening to this genre of music.
- I LOVE chocolate cake.
- I am not a fan of coffee.
- My favorite color is pink.
- Spring is my favorite season.
- Christmas is my favorite holiday.
- Giraffes are the most beautiful tall things ever created.
- Some of my favorite things to do are: read (Harry Potter and Pride and Prejudice are my absolute favorites), play games with my family (Trivial Pursuit, racing games, 500 Rummy), draw and paint, practice yoga, and dance like a goofball (not in public of course 😊...well, only in Zumba class).
- I am a cardio dance/Zumba instructor.
- I love learning!
